Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of NeuraForge AI (“Service”), an AI-powered platform for image generation, image editing, and image-to-video creation operated by “ANDONOV 25” LTD EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria (the “Company”).

1. Account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Use of the Service

You retain ownership of the input prompts and uploaded media you provide. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use AI-generated outputs for personal and commercial purposes.

3. Prohibited Content

You must not generate content that is illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, infringes intellectual property, or violates third-party rights. Violations may result in account termination.

4. Tokens & Billing

Plans and token packs are charged via Stripe. Token packs are non-refundable once tokens are consumed. Monthly plan tokens reset each billing cycle.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or biases.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the prior twelve months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bulgaria.
